Legal Help That HOA Boards Need

Do you sit on an HOA board? What are your rights? What are the rights of the homeowner? Having an attorney that is experienced in homeowners' association law is critical for every community that is governed by the covenants, rules and regulations of a common interest association. Our firm has represented many homeowners associations, townhome owners associations and condominium owners associations in Utah. The associations that we have represented vary in size, but all associations need someone that they can turn to with questions, help collecting dues, or disputes that arise. We meet with the board, we review your governing documents to ensure compliance and avoid problems, and attend yearly meetings when asked, and help your association collect dues. We promise to provide personal service to your board no matter what their level of experience in governance.  Often we can serve as general counsel and answer all of your questions as they arise for a small monthly or yearly fee.
